Here are answers to some frequently asked questions.
Do you have restricted access hours?
Outdoor units are always accessible. Indoor units are always accessible with a security code. You must make arrangements to have your Rent-A-Box storage unit brought to you if it is stored in our warehouse. Please note that delivery and pickup charges will apply to Rent-A-Box deliveries and pickups.
Can I get a partial month refund?
No.
Do you provide insurance for my stored property?
Unfortunately we do not. We require that you carry your own renters insurance your property.
Do I have to pay to use the laundry @ Country Gardens?
Yes. You must have quarters to operate the machines.
Can I store food, flammable items, toxic or hazardous material in your units?
No.
